Corporate Delivery Guidelines
Tax and Service Charge:
All of our corporate delivery options are subject to a 15% service charge. This charge covers all the miscellaneous cost associated with your order (eg. delivery, set-up, tear down, pick up, disposable dish-ware etc.). Tax and service charge are not included in any list prices on our menus.
A minimum of 24 hours notice (Mon-Fri) for the cancellation of sandwiches and baked goods is required. For all other orders a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
If an order is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice a 50% charge will apply.
All hot items and food for 20 or more guests must be placed at least 48 business hours in advane. A last minute order charge of $20 will be added to orders placed outside these cutoff times.
A minimum order of 10 guests is required for all delivery options.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
There has been a substantial increase in special meal requests for guests with food allergies and special diets. In order to protect you and your guests, please find out if the request is an allergy or just a diet preference.
Bite can accommodate most allergy and special meal requests. However, our catering kitchen is an open plan facility and allergens such as nuts and gluten are present. There is always the possibility of cross contamination even when taking every possible precaution. Bite Guelph will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items an individual may come in contact with, at any event catered by Bite Guelph.
